Why You Need A Business License

Small Businesses are very important to our city. As we grow, everyone here at Hildale City wants to support and help your business grow too!

Not all businesses need a license. For example, if you are selling food or drink items from home, you are not required to have a business license. However, you are required to have the right permits. For more information on this, go to the "Food Permit" section.
